16. ...Qc5 17. Bxh6. And so it begins.

Down goes the h6 pawn. I decided to go ahead and spice the game up a bit after ...Qc5's 2-1 victory. I think Jason's ideas were more or less right if I played the position slowly, but this just looks so much more enticing. I am really looking forward to the debate on this move (particularly what all of the world leaders' insights are), which will produce a response from me on Monday.

Oops, I thought there was no way my vote would win anyway... I agree Nd4 wasn't that big of a threat, but I was more not liking the looks of Bf5 on Be6. Completely overlooked the one-moved Bxh6.

Taking the bishop looks pretty awful, so I vote for pretending that nothing happened and continuing with Bg4, with hopes of messy counterplay.

Well, now that the cat is out of the barn, in the same vein as Jason's idea I vote for Qh5.

I wouldn't have minded an isolated pawn with the open f file in case of Bf5 instead of just losing one.

Apparently all the world leaders have decided that this is no longer a game they wish to be associated. Bad for the polls. Cheney has suggested we could turn this around with some strategic waterboarding.
